With Freelancer continuing to grow, we are expanding our Customer Experience team in Manila. CX are responsible for providing our employers and freelancers with amazing customer service, and by doing so, playing a crucial role in overall project success. On one hand you will be solving problems for a diverse range of industries, businesses and entrepreneurs; on the other you will help provide people with employment opportunity. Furthermore, you will:
Champions CX credo and reinforces it to each member of the team.
Liaise between the Membership-Curation team and other departments by providing answers and clarifications on concerns related to the mobile platforms.
Responsible for ensuring that the CX team is up to date with the new releases by regularly updating or helping the responsible team in updating the Support Page/Quick Tips.
Address user feedback/concerns (via DeskPro, email, or chat) about any Membership concerns.
Contact users via chat and sell/upsell Membership Upgrade as you see fit.
Contact high-risk chargeback users to diffuse the situation and prevent chargeback
Perform any ad-hoc tasks required by the Membership Team.

Requirements
Excellent / proven technical knowledge in computers, specifically PC
troubleshooting, knowledgeable in OS, Win95/98/2000/XP and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Support Suite and Live Response and advantage
Strong English communication, technical, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A minimum of two (2) years experience in Customer Service
Sales experience is preferred but not required
And we would love it if you have:
A degree or diploma in a business/marketing/communications or related discipline
A keen interest in tech and the start up community
Experience with web-based businesses
