As one of the fastest-growing digital healthcare brands, we are looking for a full-time Customer Experience Associate to join our customer success team in creating meaningful relationships with our users.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be interacting with our users over the voice, email or live chat, resolving inquiries and providing on-going customer support.
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on patients' enquiries on assigned channels that could include voice, email or chat, in a timely manner
Maintain good relationships with patients to facilitate renewals and subscriptions
Promote and introduce existing customers to our growing line of supplements and lifestyle products
Work closely with the operations and sales teams to support any day-to-day activities
Resolve technical issues with patience and understanding
Qualities we look for:
Good English communication skills - spoken & written
Possess strong customer service-oriented skills including empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude to handle a diverse range of customers
As this is a remote position, we are looking for someone who is self motivated and has good time management skills to complete given tasks without the need for micromanaging
Thrives in a multi-faceted, fast-paced and challenging environment
Appreciates flexibility in scheduling and working with a young and vibrant team
