Customer Engagement ExecutiveBNEXT INC.

Your Role In this role, you shall be responsible to:
• Responsible for customer engagement, relationship, account coverage and sales for specific named and non-named accounts of bneXt, Inc.
• Help grow the bneXt business in terms of revenue and profit with focus on the specific pillars within the core solutions and services offerings of the company
• Support in establishing and maintaining the overall bneXt business relationship with focus and midmarket accounts
• Identify, validate and qualify opportunities, communicating information with appropriate members of the vertical team supporting the client, and gaining Client commitment to solutions or services
• Qualify a prospect, gather requirements, handle objections, and justify the proposal to the Client
• Assist in the creation, preparation, and delivery of proposals that clearly identify objectives, scope, benefits, costs, responsibilities, assumptions, deliverables schedules, completion criteria, and resource requirements needed to successfully start an engagement
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all documents for every transaction - accreditation, proposals, supplier proposals, pricing, cost analysis, contract, delivery receipt, purchase orders to suppliers, purchase orders of clients, delivery receipts, etc. (contract management and order fulfilment)
• Works with the company's solutions and technical leads assigned to the account / industry in an effort to close the sale and position bneXt as the partner of choice for all transactions.
• Responsible for collection of billings to clients especially in cases where there are disputes/issues on billings and payment.
• Responsible for creating a write-up on client references and wins and provide this information to the marketing team which includes but not limited to a description of the customer's requirements, bneXt's solutions, services and the business benefits that can be attributed to the implementation of such projects
