Description
Job Description:
- Monitor, collect and maintain support ticketing system by handling, endorsing, and coordinating tickets to - - Support and Implementation Team; gathering and consolidating customer's complaints and concerns; expediting correction or adjustment; following through to ensure resolution
- Work closely with Support and Implementation Team by delegating and maintaining schedule of support activities and appropriate resources (i.e. people, property) to completely resolve the support tickets
- Provide proactive customer care management
- Document customer interactions and calls
- Provides periodic reports and updates for all ticket activities
- Organize and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Ensure and exceed customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: ERP, SAP, Accounting Software, Information technology
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
