To provide quality customer service and assist the sales team by developing a comprehensive understanding of our customers' needs in the Australian Food Service and Retail markets. The role is to become the one central point/hub for market information flow both inward and outward to customers and the sales team.
Job Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in the Customer Service realm
Experience in the food industry is a plus
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Above average analytical experience
Skills Required:
Clear and concise mastery of the English language.
Medium to high level of analytical skills
Clear attention to data accuracy
Strong Time Management skills
Professional administration
Motivated Sales focus
Negotiating Skills
Computing skills required: Windows OS (advanced Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Internet and Email (MS Outlook)
Basic-Intermediate Graphic Design skills an advantage
