MDM Systems, Inc. is in need of a Customer Care Specialist and Sales Coordinator.
Description of Role:
To provide quality customer service and assist the sales team by developing a comprehensive understanding of our customers' needs in the Australian Food Service and Retail markets. The role is to become the one central point/hub for market information flow both inward and outward to customers and the sales team.
Experience Required:
· At least 3 years of experience in the Customer Service realm
· Experience in the food industry is a plus
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Above average analytical experience
Skills Required:
· Clear and concise mastery of the English language.
· Medium to high level of analytical skills
· Clear attention to data accuracy
· Strong Time Management skills
· Professional administration
· Motivated Sales focus
· Negotiating Skills
· Computing skills required: Windows OS (advanced Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Internet and Email (MS Outlook)
· Basic-Intermediate Graphic Design skills an advantage
