Respond to customer's enquiries through chat and email relating to order/product enquiry, order status and other similar concerns, resolving as many queries as possible on the first interaction.
Proactively answer questions about products or the company.
Provide timely follow through chat/emails on open cases/tickets.
Accurately logging and classifying all chat and email requests.
Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
Effectively ask probing questions to understand customer requirements.
Efficiently take and correctly process orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Accept additional tasks/projects if needed.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
With at least 2 years' BPO experience in blended voice & nonvoice account (email & chat) for eCommerce, retail and/or fashion industry.
Must be fluent and excellent in communication skills preferably with experience in handling AU/NZ/US customers and clients.
Can handle email enquiries and multiple chat concurrencies with minimum of 4 concurrencies.
Experienced in Freshdesk and voice call is an advantage.
Temporary WFH during quarantine. Office located in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Salary Package: Php 25,000.00 to Php 29,000.00 per month (inclusion of HMO from day 1 and nontaxable allowances)
Willing to work on a shifting schedule - including graveyard and holidays.
