Ensures the timely and accurate processing of post-booking inquiries, requests, and complaints
Generates information from all available sources
Coordinates with other units within Amicassa on the early resolution of requests of clients received via phone and emails
Interfaces with other units of the Ayala Land Inc.
Monitors and ensures resolution at the committed time of long term inquiries, requests, and complaints
Conducts baseline analysis
Replies to buyer's requests within the set turn-around time
Prepares real-time monitor/report of accounts handled
Handles other related tasks that might be assigned by Customer Care Leads and Head
Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in any field
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Has the willingness to learn the business processes of the company
Customer service experience in any industry is an advantage
Willing to work in shifting schedules (with weekends off)
Amenable to be assigned in Makati Office
