We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in National Capital Region, Quezon (PH-QUE), Philippines (PH).
Requirements for this role include:
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM Eastern Standard Time.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies using English language as a medium of communication.
- 1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor's office) is a plus but not required
*** The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
