We are currently looking for (1) CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any bachelor or vocational course
- Medical experience is a plus
- 5 days/week - 8 hours duty
- With good customer service and communications skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answers the routes incoming calls
- Provides clinic information like contact numbers, operational hours, available clinic services, doctor's schedule, pricing and turnaround time
- Handles customer inquiries, follow ups and scheduling of procedures
