Responsibilities:
Answer/manage customer care reservations, transfers, and book inquiries for Fully Booked customer service platforms (Lazada, Shopee, FB, IG, TW, Email and Zendesk)
Manage assigned tasks and ensure to complete the set minimum of 30 tickets per day
Skills / Qualifications:
High School/College level
At least 1 - 2 years of work experience on customer service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knows how to use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Lazada and Shopee
