Position Responsibilities
Responsible for providing quality accounting software support to clients using Deltek products
Work in a team environment and provide support via telephone, e-mail, chat and other media for our clients
Work closely with the client end-users providing application support
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting
Strong communication, reasoning and logic skills
Superb customer service skills
Successful history working in a team environment
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
at least 3 years experience as an accounting support analyst is required
Accounting Software experience
Government accounting experience, preferred
Willing to work at night
