Why this role exists
Reporting to a Pod Lead, you will help maintain the high quality and ensure the continuity of service for our users, fulfilling requests ranging from food delivery, doing research, all the way to scheduling appointments with executives.
The impact you'll make:
A customer will ask for your help for a particular task they need to be done. Your job is to determine what is being asked and to figure out how to provide it to them.
Most of the time will be spent communicating with the customers of Magic, providing high-end service, and finding creative ways to get them what they want.
The role requires the need to be available for assistance across the operations, the ability to jump from one team or project to another, and an eagerness to take on what is needed.
You will be a part of the founding team in Manila, building the company of the future, and changing the world. Top performers will have plenty of room to grow.
You will have 2 weeks of training; after which, we continue to provide support whenever you need help with your tasks
Experience required - must have experience in working with retention data and scheduling
At least 1 year experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple tasks at hand
Skilled in using MS Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and Data Entry
You have an Internet speed of 5mbps (for solo usage) and 8mbps (if there are more people using the internet in the household) or more (please go to www.speedtest.net to verify)
You have a modern computer, powerful enough to run several different programs in parallel (i5 core processor and 8gb RAM) and a have a working headset with a mic
Education required: Bachelor's Degree in any course
