Job Description
Job Responsible: * Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan that covers user acquisition and activation, conversion rate optimization, paid media, SEO and website management
Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient Cost Acquisition Cost
Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels except social media
Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
Facilitate enhancement on Search Engine Optimization and app store optimization
Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's website including improving the User Experience of the website regularly
Job Requirements :
Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's Degree Course
With 5- years of customer acquisition/marketing channels acquisition management experience
With deep-dive experience on the following elements:
User acqsition and activation
Conversion rate optimization
Paid media
Search engine optimization
App store optimization
Website management
Campaign Analytics
Relevant working experience in a Fintech environment is a plus
