Job Description<\/h3>
Office Flex is a permanent Work From Home and includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC\/Laptop.<\/span><\/p>
Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.<\/li>
Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.<\/li>
Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.<\/li>
Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.<\/li>
Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.<\/li>
Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.<\/li>
Attends travel seminars and conferences.<\/li>
Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.<\/li>
Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.<\/li>
Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.<\/li><\/ul>

<\/span><\/p><\/p>To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:<\/b><\/p><\/p>Handling Urgent Requests<\/b><\/p>Billing Operations processes critical tasks including invoicing, feature add-ons, credit limit increases, case dispatching and other cases that need resolution and assistance from other teams. <\/span><\/p><\/p>Billing Process Management<\/b><\/p>Collaborate with sales and account management teams to gather accurate billing information and ensure proper documentation for invoicing. Generate and review customer invoices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to contractual terms.
Manage and maintain billing schedules to ensure timely invoicing for recurring revenue streams. <\/span><\/p><\/p>Ad hoc Task<\/b><\/p>Must assist and work with the team if all team members are required to help with ad hoc activities. (e.g. Case Dispatching)<\/span><\/p><\/p>Discrepancy Resolution<\/b><\/p>Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as sales, customer service, and finance.
