As a Customer Service Representative for Travel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to travelers who are booking or have already booked their travel plans. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise related to travel, such as flight cancellations, changes in itinerary, or issues with accommodations.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding travel options, pricing, availability, and cancellation policies.
Assist customers with booking their travel plans, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
Resolve customer issues and complaints related to travel, such as flight cancellations, changes in itinerary, or issues with accommodations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective customer service across all channels.
Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends, regulations, and policies to provide accurate and current information to customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and update customer accounts as needed.
Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics, including response time, first contact resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
Provide feedback to management on customer issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Amenable to work on site
At least HS Grad
Min 6 mos TRAVEL CCE
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support
