Providing exceptional technical support
1. Provide customer support via chat or email for all queries and inquiries relating to product details, warranty information, product support updates, order, tracking, etc. - Handle queries from chat or email setup to network analysis - Answer customer questions via chat or email on all supported videogames and video games platforms, applications and hardware - Determine source of problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.) - Document resolutions for future reference both internally and externally - Research and resolve customer focused technical issues in a timely manner and videogames platform configuration in a timely manner - Track case tickets within a Customer Relations Management System to Document resolutions for future reference both internally and externally - Perform other duties as assigned - Respond to all customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner that delivers world class customer service which builds customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Monitor all open, pending issues and escalate in a timely manner
