Qualifications:
• Qualification:
o Must be willing to go onsite to take Dragon Test (Online exam)
o Legal age (18 years old and above)
o Can start ASAP
o Filipino citizen or with equivalent legal status
o Attained/completed atleast 1st yr 1st sem Priority
o Minimum 6 months call center experience
o Average to Above average communication skills
o Good comprehension skills
o Positive, self-motivated and energetic
o Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
o Must be amenable to work in shifting schedules, holidays and weekends and working overtime
o Excellent English Communication Skills
o Must possess basic web navigation skills
o Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
o Able to multi-task
o Must have an ability to understand the customer's needs.
o Willing to start immediately
o Must be amenable to work onsite
