Qualifications Must have experience in Medical Billing Must have excellent English oral and written communication skills Relevant work experience preferred Ability to multi-task People who are smart and ask "why" is desired Emphasis on the ability to handle IB calls under specific conditions: for example, when a patient calls in and the AM Rep doesn't know the answer to a question, to be able to ask the patient to hold while the AM Rep locates a proper response Microsoft Office Suit experience
