We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will handled one of our Australian campaign doing:
General customer service via email
Zoom onboarding calls for our customers take them through our platform in a 15min call
Customer service and community management on social media
Simple reporting
Basic marketing support
Great English communication skills written & verbal
Ability to use (or learn how to use) simple systems and tools such as email, facebook, asana, slack, zoom, simple excel data entry, etc.
Proactive & Self-starter
Amenable working with a morning shift
Ideally some background from eCommerce or digital marketing or both
