Job Description
Prepare and submit billing data and medical claims to insurance companies - bills and invoices, document amounts due for medical procedures and services, collect and review referrals and pre-authorizations
Checking HMO claims - make sure claim is received and processed. If it's not on file - check if the claim was submitted and not rejected. If claim is denied - check the reason why and correct
Entails a lot coordination with the insurance providers
Job Qualifications
At least 1 year experience in US Medical Billing or US Health Insurances
Background in revenue cycle management is a plus
Ability to multitask and good analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Compensation
3,500 monthly attendance bonus - only applicable if you don't have any late, absent, undertime for the whole month
10% night differential (10PM to 6AM Philippine time)
HMO upon regularization. 1 Free HMO dependent after one year, 2nd free dependent after two years
Holiday pay (Philippine holidays)
OT Pay (approved by Supervisor)
Annual salary review
Salary: PHP 21,000.00 Basic
Work Location: Mandaluyong City (Possible Location: Makati City)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 PM - 6 AM (Philippine time)
