Responsibilities
· Assist in handling maintenance of office equipment's and other company assets. To
· ensure that office area and surrounding are properly kept and maintained
· Assist in and performance of work in the electrical such as installing, troubleshooting, repairing
· Answering all incoming and outgoing calls
· Preparation of Salary Back Data for payroll
· Ensure efficient processing of all purchase requests, upkeep of office supplies facilities.
· Assist in handling maintenance of office equipment's and other company assets. To ensure that

· Monthly monitoring bulletin board and calendar of activities
· Schedule of booking of Airfare and hotel and visas for management
· Assist in renewal of application of permits like SRA, BAI, FDA, BOC and BAI
· In charge for the business permits, SEC, Immigration, Customs and DOLE
· Coordinating suppliers for office needed
Requirements
· Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, or relevant administrative position
· Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
· At least 4 years working experience in business permit and licenses
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong communications skills
Salary Range: PHP 20,000 - 25,000
