The role requires an exceptional individual who can help a team of marketing specialists execute on customer engagement plans to deliver increased lifetime value of William Hill customers to achieve all identified KPIs
You will be required to work closely with CRM planning teams in order to ensure the team can deliver customer communications on a variety of channels which include email, SMS and onsite messaging
A meticulous attention to detail is vital and you must be able to organise work flows between multiple teams across a number of different geographies
Meeting quality levels is essential and campaigns must be executed on time and to high standards
You will be responsible for the management of a growing team of specialists
What we'd like to see from you:
At least 4 years' experience in CRM (i.e. one to one marketing - a must) with emphasis on experience from a B2C service company
Experience leading teams and reporting upwards to senior stakeholders
Experience in email marketing tools, campaign management tools and promotions planning
Experience of CRM execution in gaming or sport betting companies is a big advantage
