CRM Delivery Lead will do:
Lead the CRM Centre of Excellence to ensure successful execution of company's CRM strategy.
Responsible for meeting the needs of at least 10 professionals that have responsibility for CRM execution, operations, training, QA and compliance.
Take responsibility for and own the outputs that come from the wider team.
Work with senior management to optimise and improve the way that Centre of Excellence functions.
Ensure that processes and procedures are strictly adhered to and trouble shoot issues if and when they arise.
Align with the Marketing and Commercial teams to help them achieve their KPIs.
Build and enable an optimisation culture to ensure that there is a continuous improvement in all CRM activities.
Build out the reporting capabilities to ensure that senior management have full visibility and understanding of CRM activities.
Contribute to the budgetary and planning sessions to ensure the resources are available to delivery on stated goals.
What we'd like to see from you:
At least 5 years' experience in gaming/sportsbook CRM delivery
At least 5 years' leadership experience
Laser sharp focus on what is important to customers and aligning activities to deliver on this focus
Very focused and assertive - knows how distinguish and priorities between important and less important tasks
Can make things happen - takes responsibility and accountability
Experience, interest and aptitude in technology, gaming, and sports betting
Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and process driven
Excellent command of MS Office-package
Excellent command of the English language, writing, and speaking
Great attention to detail and tone of voice
Amenable to work on shifting, holidays, and on-site
