This individual works under the direction of the CATO shoreside scheduling team to facilitate the overall pre-boarding journey of current and future crew Overview: The "Crew Onboarding Coordinator" is a CATO Applications/Crew Onboarding process SME. This individual works under the direction of the CATO shoreside scheduling team to facilitate the overall pre-boarding journey of current and future crew members from an onboarding systems and documentation perspective. Utilizing CATO Applications & onboarding systems, the individual will analyze issues, risks, gaps and opportunities - subsequently managing the "path to green" in the following areas: Assignment Readiness (Confirmation status) Onboarding Readiness (Documentation, such as passport details, health declarations, etc.) Travel Logistics (flight tickets, lodging and transport details) Key Responsibilities: Coordinate readiness checklist evaluations and work with the scheduling team, travel team and crew directly to ensure a complete, seamless and positive experience for our crew. CPS data entry - both manually and in working with IT support for requests that require manual backend processes or updates such as bulk entry adjustments. Run reports and proactively analyze data to ensure crew readiness. Provide timely reports and updates to CATO team members and stakeholders. Contribute feedback and direction on system solutions to enhance operational procedures, resulting in leaner, speedy processes and results. Identify, triage and document systems issues for escalation to CATO Applications Support team. Craft necessary SOPs and process documentation to keep pace with new systems features. Qualifications: 1-2 amount of years' experience in systems support, project coordination, data entry, travel logistics or a related field Experience with Tableau a plus Hospitality industry experience a plus
