Day to day overseeing and distributing workload out to the team and ensuring that daily and weekly targets are being met and exceeded. Organizing the workload for the team and ensuring that the right resources are available and trained to the highest standard. Develop and maintain good working relationships with external customers as well internal customers. Provide support and leadership in issues and escalation resolution for internal and external customers. Responsible for the Performance management of the team, ensuring that the 'On TRAAC' process is maintained and that team members receive relevant and timely feedback on an ongoing basis through regular one to one's. Coach and mentor employees including providing career development plan and opportunities based on their strengths and potential to enable each employee and the department to succeed. Advocate for the employees to make their experience seamless. Responsible for conducting interviews and hiring of candidates for open vacancies within Credit & Collections Team. Responsible for arrangement of the Induction and training of new team members ensuring that the highest levels of training are delivered and measured. Measure monitor and report on established team KPI's ensuring that they are met on an ongoing basis. Collaborate and share best practice with other team leads ensuring consistent and up to date knowledge of all business processes. To motivate and inspire the team and to encourage a result driven environment. Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment. Overcome challenges and get to the root cause of any issue, and design and quickly implement solutions. To facilitate conflict resolution. Administrative HR tasks of approving annual leave, tracking attendance, salaries approval etc. Understand of how the team's performance feed into overall function, site and organizational metrics. Any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your manager. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION: Degree holder in the field of accounting, finance, or have relevant experience is required. Minimum of 5 years working experience in accounts receivable. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in people management role, preferably in a shared service environment and multinational corporation background. Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Applications - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Previous experience in cash application, dispute management, billing, and customer service. Demonstrated success in managing and coordinating a multi-skilled team in performance and productivity. Strong people leadership skills with an ability to influence senior management. Experience collaborating across the organization including teams from oversees. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in working with ERP systems, proficiency in SAP FI module. Previous working experience with NAM, LATAM, and EU counterpart is preferred. Intermediate knowledge in accounting COMPETENCIES: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to achieve results through influencing others. Demonstrated ability to maintain positive people relationships and build strong links with all departments. Effective communicator, both articulate & verbally presentable. Self-starter possesses flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations. Positive attitude, team player with an elevated level of initiative, energy and enthusiasm. Excellent team, task management, problem-solving and motivational skills. Above average MS Excel skills
