Job Title: Credit & Collection Staff
Job Requirements:
Possessing a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
Holding a minimum of 2 years' experience in the role
Having a background in Accounting
Job Responsibilities:
Conducting collection calls and/or correspondence
Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, including customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations, and processing credit memos.
Taking responsibility for reducing delinquency on assigned accounts.
Completing other assigned tasks and duties to assist the department.
