BASIC FUNCTION
Performs clerical activities or requirements of Finance & Accounting
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain and monitor credit history file.
2. Document and monitor daily collection activity.
3. Searching and validate account dispute and billing discrepancy
4. Tenderly follow up client due date.
5. Responding credit and payment inquiries both internal and external client.
6. Identifying delinquent account.
7. Keep and maintain documents, credit limits, discounts, price movement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate of business course, accountancy, with at least 6 months relevant work
experience preferably in the same setting; with good communication skills both oral &
written; good negotiation and analytical skills, self-motivated; trustworthy; MS Office
applications savvy
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
