Job Purpose
Ensures that the standard Branch Collection Efficiency Rate is achieved through proper screening of new dealers and effective implementation of collection programs. Handles all the cash and check payments in the branch. Acts as an Officer-In-Charge in the absence of Business Operations Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluates dealers' credit worthiness by checking complete set of requirements and interviewing new dealer recruits.
Grants credit limits based on the requirements submitted.
Develops and implements collection program in the branch.
Monitors dealer`s maturing accounts and informs then via text or H2H calls of such.
Conducts regular field collection.
Notifies dealers with delinquent account through telephone or mail.
Collaborates with Credit and Collection Department for cases requiring legal action.
Prepares demand letters as required.
Receives cash/check payments and issues Collection Receipts.
Deposits daily cash collection in the bank.
Files all Collection Receipts.
Submits Daily Collection and Deposit Analysis Report every end of day. Maintains a file of check collections to facilitate on-time application to the corresponding account.
Receives calls for the dealer`s order.
Checks the inventory and conditions of the products prior to delivery in the absence of the Branch Operation Supervisor.
Organizes all Dealer Delivery Requests on a First Come First Serve basis.
Arranges Dealer Delivery Schedules by categorizing the location and Local Delivery Partner Capacity.
Conducts Heart to Heart (H2H) Calls to improve daily sales and ensures to deliver the team target.
Conducts Great Life Orientation (GLO) / Product training, in the absence of Business Development Officer.
Processes dealer`s orders in the PC Net.
Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably in Finance, Accounting and other similar courses
At least one (1) year experience in Credit and Collection. Basic knowledge in MS Office applications.
Ability to manage time in a dynamic environment, administrative work with regular use of computer, physical mobility to visit dealers and do field collections, ability to deal with different types of clients and work under pressure
