Analysing loan application documents
Packaging home & investment loan applications - may also include SMSF & commercial loans
Writing broker notes and discussing loan applications with Broker/s
Reviewing and where necessary adjusting the loan submission to ensure the application meets lender requirements
Ensuring that loan submission quality is at the highest possible standards
Liaise with Broker Support with inquiries on outstandings on files from lenders once assessed
Understands compliance and NCCP requirements
100% paperless environment with a strong emphasis on speed, technology and processes
Lender credit policy research & understanding
Borrowing capacity - working with lender calculators & problem solving for solutions.
The candidate would possess at least 4 years' experience in a similar role within the Australian mortgage industry
Able to work autonomously
Team focussed and strong skillset
Knowledgeable with the procedure and process for banks in Australia
Willing to work in BGC (currently WFH)
