Job Description
As the Design Team Lead at HelloConnect, you will be part of a global team of in-house designers in the Brand Marketing Team. You will be responsible for the development of different creative assets for paid digital marketing channels and offline assets across 6 different brands for 18 markets, with the main goal of ensuring consistency across all channels and not losing sight of the Corporate Identity. Your work will have an immediate impact on how customers perceive food solutions, and your designs will travel around the world!
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Lead a team of designers at HelloConnect to ensure consistency across the brands both in digital and offline assets globally.
Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines.
Uphold global brand identity guidelines and translate them into any creative projects you and the entire team are working on.
Develop digital & offline design assets that are on brand, on brief, with strong independence.
Be the voice for the HelloConnect team to ensure a balanced and efficient workstream is established.
Develop innovative ways to inspire local designers to bring our creative standards to the next level.
What You'll Bring
A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications) or equivalent professional experience.
Professional experience in developing performing creatives based on guidelines and leading a creative team.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful creative campaigns and projects, across both Offline Print, OOH, and Digital
Digital design: Creative & technical proficiency in delivering high-quality digital assets for both desktop and mobile platforms is a must
Offline assets: Creative & technical proficiency across delivering high-quality offline assets for packaging labels, print/paper materials, and OOHs is a must
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and strategies.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.
Strong knowledge and understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Adobe After Effects and animation is a plus
