We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creatives Specialist to join our team. This role spans a wide range of creative functions and plays a key part in capturing visual content, creating marketing materials, documenting projects, and assisting in the design of optimal lighting layouts. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, an openness to exploring new ideas, and passionate about making beautiful things.Responsibilities include the following and other aspects of work:
Capture photos and videos of lamp designs, restoration and repair projects, finished projects, company events, and other related materials
Edit and produce engaging and relevant content for social media posting, promotional purposes and internal use
Design and create brochures and other materials to effectively showcase the company's products and services
Assist in the creation of optimal lighting layout plans, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functionality
Maintain a complete and organized library of all materials documented and created
Candidate must be:
Proficient in photography, videography, and video editing for social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
Adept in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, or other similar tools
Experienced in creating both digital and print marketing materials (brochures, catalogues, flyers)
Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently
Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and DIALux is a plus
