Job Description Summary The Graphic Design Executive position supports the overall department objectives of the C&W Regional Creative & Design Team. Based in Manila, the team is responsible for C&W Asia Pacific's Business Development focusing in American Marketing and Communications initiatives as well as all other Marketing and Communications initiatives to ensures that all collaterals stay on brand and world-class.
Within the C&W Regional Creative Team, timelines are quick as well as sacred. Hence, a fast turn-around for top notch output is the norm.
With a thorough understanding of the craft, the candidate must have a successful track record in graphic design. Highly professional and creative, a team player, resourceful and thinks out of the box. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate project management skills as well the ability to communicate effectively.

This role is responsible for promoting and implementing C&W's brand guidelines while fulfilling requirements that may include producing presentations, publications, editing videos and creating digital collateral including other corporate communication initiatives across business units in the region.
Candidates then, must be detail oriented with excellent organisation skills, can multi-task and prioritise effectively. These skills are compulsory for a member to work on projects both independently and collaboratively as a team, hitting deadlines day-in, day-out.
We are looking for someone that is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite components mostly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as well as in Microsoft Office Suite most specifically PowerPoint and Word. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, as well as some video editing capabilities are a plus.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphics, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1-2 years of working experience in a graphic design role in a corporate setting/professional services company specialising in publications, presentations & infographics illustration.
Applicants must be willing to work at Bonifacio, Global City
Skilled in Videography using Adobe applications
Experience with publishing (books, magazines, brochures etc) is a plus
Can provide a portfolio (edited videos, fitting the corporate standards)
Working knowledge of Workday
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (must have strong skills in Excel & Power Point)
