JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary responsibilities: Program Lead for CPD Program
Provide/organize technical leadership and resources and ensure they are available to all relevant actors involved in implementation of CPD;
Establish clear technical standards for the interventions across the projects;
Provide specific course objectives stating competencies to be gained from the program
Organize program of activities showing time/duration of topics for the CPD program
Design an evaluation tool specific to course objectives set
Skills Required
Active Listening - giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times;
Active Learning - understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making;
Complex Problem Solving - identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;
Reading Comprehension - understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents;
Critical Thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;
Time Management - managing one's own time and the time of others;
Coordination - adjusting actions in relation to others' actions;
Judgment and Decision Making - considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one;
Speaking - talking to others to convey information effectively;
Immediate task/s to accomplish:
Prepare requirements for program application
Operationalize program
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed CPD trainer
Must be physically and mentally fit;
Must have at least 2-3 years job/industry experience on managerial level;
Must be able to develop, teach, maintain the curriculum of the Basic Competencies, Common Competencies, Core Competencies of the program.
