1. Checking Check Vouchers every10th, 15th, 25th, 30th and if there is necessary payment that need to be settled within the day or within the week. 2. Checking petty cash voucher every month 3. Updates/Checks accounts used in Balance Sheet and Income Statement 4. Monitor Cash Balance Daily. 5. Do conversion usually twice a month or as needed. 6. Checking payroll computation and payroll entries twice a month. 7. Checking payment vouchers to all suppliers every10th, 15th of the month, 25th of the month, 30th of the month and if there is necessary payments that need to be settled within the day or within the week. 8. Check Purchases entered In Fact Accounting system versus the inventory report from warehouse monthly. 9. Prepare budget monthly 10. Updates and monitor the amortization schedule of prepayments and lapsing schedule of property, plant and equipment. monthly 11. Prepare journal entry for the monthly amortization and depreciation. 12. Check Inventory report from warehouse versus FACT every month. 13. Check government remittances including PHILHEALTH, PAG IBIG, SSS, BIR 1601C (compensation withholding tax, BIR 1601E (expanded tax withheld), 2550M (monthly vat) every month. 14. Responsible for monitoring and encoding of sales invoice monthly 15. Responsible for monitoring and follow up of collection from customer monthly. 16. Prepare monthly financial statement to be submitted to President and General Manager every month. 17. Update schedule of accounts in Balance Sheet and Income statement. monthly 18. Auditing and analysis of each general accounts daily. 19. Check and review schedule and prepare form for quarterly Income tax Return. 20. Prepare and submit Quarterly Income tax Return to PEZA.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree holder -CPA Holder -With over 5 years of experience in Accounting. -With experience in managing people -Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite
