The aim of Reimagine HR is to move HR Services from a back-office organization to become employee facing, unlocking productivity, managing individual employee cases, enabling speed, responsiveness, and simplification to future proof our organization. We are reimagining HR with the aim of 'Making employees experience at Unilever as simple and delightful as it can be, allowing people to be their best: boosting sustainable growth'. To achieve this, we need to become fully digitally empowered and embrace the opportunities given through technology (e.g. chatbots, digital recruitment, etc) This role will be a key change agent building and driving the new model/vision with great experience and effectiveness in a complex MCO. The role will require a combination of delivering great employee experiences across Thailand, managing a team of 16 - 20 including Payroll, Data Specialists and People Experience Leads, Talent acquisition across the country whilst building/maintaining a good relationship with the HRBP, Expertise and Reward Communities. JOB SUMMARY Core HR experiences to the Business. This includes delivering satisfactory joiners, movers, leavers,local benefits and payroll processes per SLA Manages all HR transactional and payroll activities Ensures operational efficiency as well as legal compliance with regards to documents creation and management. Acts as the single point of contact for vendors, Unilever HR and Global Service line leads (e.g. Reward Services) in relation to HR Services Delivery/Core HR/People Experience. Act as the key HR governance contact for Core HR / HR operations. This includes any initiative (local, regional, global) within HR Services as well (e.g. transition activities for new projects, performance delivery) Monitors and takes necessary actions to improve HR Services quality according to Service Reports, targeted SLA's and metrics and ensures that delivery issues are resolved in line with agreed or escalated within the framework. Provide Continuous improvement and implementing the new technology (e.g. Salesforce, new Workday modules). Responsible for effective knowledge management (local HR policies and procedures) though Una HUB. Provide local subject matter expertise on HR Related Regulatory Matters - taking into account local HRBP and legal advice as required and taking leadership on process definition from the global team. Engage with the employees and ensure that the employee gets a great end to end experience around the different key employee moments by looping customer feedback to improve HR Processes. Manage a HRS team combining internal resources & third-party providers. Provide leadership to Payroll, DS's and PELs across several locations. Accountable for Annual Pay Review in country Accountable for the HRS team performance appraisal, development, succession planning and manpower planning. Accountable for various HR audits - KPMG, SOX, Corporate, Internal and Interim Audits Manage HR regulatory and compliance relationships while delivering on requirements per timelines Managing HRS budget and costs and seek opportunities to achieve the overheads target. Improve operational effectiveness through best in class analytical insights and data quality which will help drive HR decisions in line with Winning with People agenda. Work closely with HRBPs and other key stakeholders and understand their needs and expectation alignment. Build an integrated and collaborative HRS Team. Employee Data Protection - liaise with the Risk and Legal teams and implement the framework as per Governance requirements. Manage the Contingent Worker process with Procurement and update HRLT KEY REQUIREMENTS Good end to end understanding of HR processes, policies and case management. Exposure to the challenges of running country operations within global parameters. Experience in management of third-party service providers as well as outsourced teams Experience in engaging key senior level stakeholders at various levels along with proven ability to influence and manage relationships with those stakeholders. More than 8 years operations experience in HR. Relevant Qualification Experience in communication planning and change management.
