Role and Responsibilities
Double checks the works done by estimator
Prepares Cost Estimates for biddings and variation orders
Prepares queries for biddings
Updates Unit Cost thru Unit Cost Analysis
Attends Pre-bid conferences and site inspections for upcoming project
Periodically reviews Project Change Order Logs fot updating and coordinating w/ Project Control Officer
Prepares project Cost Status Report and submits it to Engineering Head
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
