Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing cost data for proposals and contract negotiations.
2.Determine project scope, define requirements, works with the team and others to coordinate production, meet deadlines and customer requirements.
3. Follow the Estimating lifecycle in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.
4.Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities
5.Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports.
6.Performs performance monitoring and control functions for specific applications, including the consistent use of applicable procedures.
7.Provide financial reporting, trending data.
8.Perform data analysis and development.
Job Requirements:
1. College Graduate of any Engineering course.
2. Preferably with PRC license but not required.
3. Preferably with 1 year work experience in Telecom or Construction Industry.
4. Preferably with good working knowledge in AutoCAD and BOQ.
5. Preferably with valid Driver's License
