Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any business or engineering-related discipline.
With at least 3 years of experience in supporting terminal operations or maintenance.
Knowledgeable in Project support services.
Have various training and certificates: BOSH
Purpose of the Position
To ensure budget accruals are on time.
Ensure availability of materials and support services.
Support Project Financial Adviser.
Area of responsibilities
Reports
Purchase of materials, equipment, and services.
Coordinate with suppliers and support contractors.
Monitor Purchase orders/purchase requests.
Follow up on billings.
Join safety walkabouts.
Documentation
Budget tracker
Monitoring sheets
Other activities related to your role and ad hoc task that may require from time to time.
Working Conditions
Site Based staff working on a time-based environment.
Requires close coordination with the Company and Stakeholders for instructions.

13th Month Pay
Service Incentive Leave (SIL) - Employee who has rendered at least one year service shall be entitled to a yearly service incentive leave of five (5) days with pay. SIL shall be commutable to its money equivalent and computed based on daily rate, if not used or exhausted at the end of the year.
Statutory Benefits: SSS / Philhealth / Pag-ibig
HMO (Intellicare: Employee only, with Dental) and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) shall be provided by the Company.
