Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Related work experience as Cost Engineer in Realty or Construction Industry
Collect and analyze data in order to estimate the timeline, budget, materials and labor required in construction.
Provide realisttic estimates to ensure a project is completed on time and within budget.
Read blueprints and technical documents in order to prepare estimates
Collaborate with other engineers,architects, clients and contractors
Identify costs by analyzing labor, materials and time requirements.
Calculate, analyze and adjust estimates
Recommend ways to reduce costs
Maintain records of estimated and actual costs
Qualifications:
Licensed Civil Engineer
With a minimum experience of 10 years in same capacity
Experience in Housing / Community Development
