Review and analyze billing of prospect sub-contractors
Checks and undertake steps to balance the budget of the project (budget vs. actual)
Receives, maintains, and stores all documents pertaining to the project
Creates and reviews the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.
Preparing and monitoring request for materials needed in the project site
Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly production and/or project cost reports.
Examines and reviews unusual cost records and ensures cost data is allocated correctly to its cost center.
Coordinates with the principal and prospect owners for company billings
Prepares and submit bidding requirements.
Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer.
At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required.
Proficient knowledge in costing and estimating, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project
