RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures Complete, Timely and Accurate Take-up of Budget/Reforecast Expenses and Operating KPIs of assigned Cost Groups
Analyzes expense movement vis-à-vis operating drivers
Evaluates completeness of group expenses and correct take-up of accrual items
Challenges alignment of expense items vs. business need/contract rates/best prices, etc
Provides complete, timely, and accurate inputs (financial and operating data) to Cost Controllership and C&A Group Reports
Timely and accurate preparation (financial and operating data) of the Executive Summary Reports for assigned Cost Groups
Provides insights and variance analysis covering the results operations of assigned Cost Groups
Reviews and Endorses RFPs according to tax, accounting, governance, and regulatory standards for approval of the Cost Controllership Section Head
Contributes to policy development for disbursement processing
Escalates exception handling requests to Cost Controllership Section Head
Rolls out RFP processing guidelines to assigned Cost Groups
Endorses Spend Requests according to Limits of Authority and existing governance policies and in a timely manner
Contributes to the preparation of policies and processes covering Opex Spend Requests
Escalates exception handling requests to Cost Controllership Section Head
Rolls out Spend processing guidelines to assigned Cost Groups
Contributes to team deliverables related to group management initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a CPA
Must be proficient in excel, powerpoint, and MS Office Functions
Knowledgeable in SAP functions
Must have at least 2-year relevant experience.
