Cost Control Supervisors are responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To Assist in cost-planning relating to budget preparation, specifically in the preparation of the estimates and quantity take-off associated with electrical and auxiliary works (Power, lighting, CCTV, FDAS, structured cabling, intercom, etc.)
To support Quantity Surveyor group in preparing bill quantities leading to establishment of accurate and reliable cost database purposely for electrical and auxiliary works.
To help maintain and update the current QS database and project historical records
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Graduate of Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of previous experience in installation and fit-out works
With at least 1 year experience as cost/estimating engineer
PRC License
Computer Skills (Planswift/Bluebeam/Autocadd)
