ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and BASIC DUTIES
Responsible in monitoring and controlling the project cost in each site.
Updates any changes to the revenue, budget and cost.
Formulates profitability studies for each project site to justify the continuation or termination of each project.
Supply assistance to the Procurement and Contract Administration Groups in the preparation of related pricing and ancillary data contact document schedules.
Accountable for processing of related invoices and monitoring of paid costs.
Develops detailded annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts identifying cost efficiencies and strategies.
Accountable for implementing cost control initiatives for improved efficiency and accuracy in the procure-to-pay process.
Distinguish and report cost and progress variations to that planned (budgeted) or previously reported.
Perform other duties andvised by the Sr. Mine Planning Engineer.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Industrial /Mining Engineering or any equivalent
A minimum of 1 year experience in cost control or any related field.
