REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA a plus but not required.
2. With at least 4 years of cost/inventory accounting experience in a retail or manufacturing setup.
3. Experience in using Netsuite or other ERPs an advantage.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with passion, integrity, and grit.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Monitoring and control of production and operating costs.
2. Institutionalize the product costing and inventory procedures and policies to ensure accuracy of data and minimize spoilages and wastages.
3. Regularly report product cost updates and cost savings progress.
4. Regularly review the product costing sheets from Operations.
5. Facilitate regular inventory taking activity and report on variances and significant findings.
6. Collaborate regularly with the cross-functional teams to define cost savings initiatives and monitor progress.
7. Other related Finance duties as necessary.
