Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in Standard Costing.
Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Job Responsibilities:
Handle and process all construction-related payables including but not limited to contractor's progress billings, approved payment advice and purchase orders, and weekly site workers payroll.
Responsible for the accurate, complete and timely recording, gathering, reconciliation and monitoring of the quantity and actual cost of owner supplied materials (direct, indirect and overhead costs) with reference to Purchase Orders, receiving Reports, Withdrawal Slips and other pertinent documents (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
Monitor and provide regular reports on construction cost performance and cost forecast (Cost-to-Complete and Cost at Completion) and with reference to Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and actual cost of direct materials.
Reponsible for the checking and review of the Daily Time Record (DTR) summary and manpower count (labor hours) of all HBI direct hired/in-house site workers prior to processing the weekly payroll.
Monitor and provide report on variances between approved budget or BOQ and actual cost of labor, materials and contracted works. Investigate variances and provide feedback and surecommended corrective actions to address issues on cost performance and cost variances.
Maintain systematic filing of project-related records and documents particularly contracts and change orders.
