Job Responsibilities:
Cost Operations
Plans, leads, organizes, and controls the activities of CF-Management Accounting (cost) unit to achieve departments objectives: TIMELY, COMPLETE, and ACCURATE COST and INVENTORY REPORTS.
Reviews and updates the Standard Cost Units, automotive parts and other automotive accessories included in the PE4 additional job menu to provide management with reasonable tools for planning on practice adjustments.
Provides management with monthly analyses of cost variances on actual production costs and predetermined standard costs for control, decision making and planning.
Prepares monthly conversion costs of Rema Units and Recon Units.
Reviews and approves the completeness and correctness of Journal Entries relevant to manufacturing transactions.
Provides management with rationale understanding on client's withdrawal from the transactions / acquisition of truck by providing report on Cancelled Units thru branch admin. The report also serves as a prerequisite in the processing of customer's request for refund of reservation fee.
Provides and computes the Job Order costs based on additional jobs required by the client documented by the Job Order Request form submitted by the Sales Associates to Production concerned.
Coordinates and collaborates with GS in the design and development of computerized systems relevant to cost and inventory management.
Helps management in the continuous development of a computerized system relevant to the control of cost and inventories by proactively using the system.
Participates in the preparation of the Annual Manufacturing Budget Plan for the Sobida Plant.
Coordinates and collaborates with interfaced departments to expedite the gathering and/or receipt of information needed in the preparation of timely, complete and accurate Costs reports.
People management
Conducts training and coaching, directional meeting, performance review, work orientation and evaluates member competency.
Administrative Tasks
Reviews and approves Petty cash/working fund/Revolving fund and Emergency Fund vouchers and replenishment reports.
Reviews and validates contractors billing.
Reviews and approves Inter-company transfer of materials.
Checking of Sales Invoices, reports and other sales reports for Sobida Plant.
Prepares report on Cancelled Unit.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of bachelor's degree in accountancy.
Minimum of 3 years exposure in costs and inventory management
With atleast 1-year supervisory experience.
With unquestionable integrity, proficient in Cost and inventory control, computer literate, and has above average analytical ability.
Must be innovative, resourceful, motivated, open-minded, efficient, result-oriented, has good leadership skills, and a team player.
Willing to do field work, if needed.
Willing to be assigned in Novaliches, Quezon City.
