Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Professional
License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
Minimum of eight (8) years work experience in cost accounting and office engineering management.
Preferably horizantal projects involving bridge structures, roadworks, etc and under NEC form of contract.
Work location: Balintawak Caloocan City

Job Description:
Reviews and verifies Contractor's payments to the Contractors / Subcontractors/ Suppliers
Checks and reviews documents related to substantiation of Contractor's expenses in order to manage the overall expenditures of the Project.
Validates payments and expenses of the Contractor and classifies whether those payments are valid or invalid based on the Contract requirements and Schedule of Cost Components.
Helps the Commercial Manager in assessing the monthly payment application of the Contractor in relation to validation of previous monthly billings.
Manage the preparation of progress and final reports/billings of the Contractor/s for submission to the Commercial Manager.
Monitors and controls project works to include contractor and its subcontractors.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior.
