Job Description
Delivers costing requirements and analyses of assigned Products and Network technologies. Develops and reviews costing methodologies and required analyses. Collaborates with horizontal and vertical partners to ensure delivery of assigned scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Costing - Network
Collaborates with Network SPOC to identify / develop assumptions to assign Capex project costs to capex equipments (network elements).
Collaborates with Network SPOC to formulate new and review existing costing approaches per capex equipment and per opex component contributory to the product.
Processes allocations and capacity conversions in Anaplan and computes for unit costs per network capex and opex components per relevant product.
Prepares Network Product Reports and Analyses and presents to Stakeholders.
Processes allocations in Anaplan and recommends Capex and Opex cost allocations for budgeting purposes considering Network and Business plans.
Prepares reports and analyses for recommended cost allocations to be used for budgeting purposes.
Product Costing - Product
Collaborates with the Product and Controllers teams to review / update products in scope for costing, and develops understanding of products in scope.
Ensures regular collaboration with the Costing, Product and Controllers teams to ensure alignment in the assumptions applied in the costing cycle.
Prepares Product Costing Reports and Analyses (Cost to Produce, Segment and Overhead), and presents to Stakeholders.
Prepares corollary reports and analyses supplemental to Product Costing Reports, and presents to Stakeholders.
Prepares ad hoc reports and analyses as may be needed by the Business.
CPRM SPOC for Network for Monthly Closing and Annual Budgeting Cycles / Other Roles
Assists, resolves, recommends solutions to Network SPOCs for any concerns related to their budget (e.g., cost allocations, actual bookings).
Sets up/updates monthly capitalizable opex cost allocation rules.
Develops test cases and executes necessary testing to ensure new costing software functionalities are delivering as committed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
With 2-3 busy seasons experience in External Audit
Preferably with knowledge in SAP, Anaplan
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Strong business sense; keen to details and flexible
Ability to work independently and under pressure
