JOB SUMMARY :
ASSIST IN THE PREPARATION OF COMPANY BUDGETS, FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS AND FORECASTING; FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANALYSIS; ACTS AS PRICING COMMITTEE ASSISTANT.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT :
a. Educational requirement : With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
b. Experiential requirement : With at least one (1) year work experience in Accounting, Finance and other related functions.
c. Required technical skills : Basic computer skills; knowledge of accounting and financial analysis software applications.
d. Required interpersonal skills : Good written and oral communication skills; Excellent interpersonal relations skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Summarize the following:
a. Cost of material used by contractors in all units constructed, as encoded and submitted by Warehousing department.
b. Labor costs based on contractors' progress accomplishments
2. Prepare monthly summary of actual project costs and submits the same to Accounting.
3. Extract material issuances from the Management Information System (MIS), prepares report and submit the same to Accounting.
4. Prepare land and development report and submits the same to PAABI.
5. Extract material adjustments and submits the same to Accounting
6. Prepare the following reports:
a. Monthly summary of CHB productions and submits to Accounting
b. Monthly cost accounting assembly and cost variance analysis for monthly reporting and submits the same to Accounting
